Wrong size? Changed your mind? Returns at Owca are as soft as a wool jumper — straightforward, easy and stress-free :)
Under applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. If the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract.

1. Pack your items
Use a box or courier bag — the important thing is to protect the items well.

2. Request a return in your customer account
Log in, open your order and click "Manage return". Returns are handled directly in your customer account.

Legal information regarding returns
- Within 14 days of receiving a notice of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Seller will refund the Consumer all payments made, including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest delivery method offered by the Seller.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer.
- If the Seller has not offered to collect the item from the Consumer, the Seller may withhold the refund until the item has been received back or until the Consumer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
- The Consumer should return the item promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. Sending the item before this deadline is sufficient to meet the requirement.
- The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- If a parcel is not collected by the Customer and is returned to the Seller, the sales contract is not automatically terminated. If the Customer paid in advance, the Seller will refund the amount paid, minus the delivery costs to the Customer and the return shipping costs to the Seller, provided these costs were actually incurred.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, any unused balance may be refunded upon request sent to halo@owcasklep.pl.
